Why is it that everyone on Cops doesn’t have a shirt on? The cops themselves, sure, they have the whole uniform on; but, the (as the kids say:) perps, the witnesses, the passerby… all topless! And not sexy topless, either; beer-gut, farmer-tan, hairy-back topless. Does anyone else find this odd?
