A California judge Wednesday sentenced Scott Peterson to die by lethal injection for killing his pregnant wife and her fetus, calling the deaths “cruel, uncaring, heartless and callous.”
In further evidence that this country is ruled by the entertainment industry, the judge decreed that the 30 court seats that Laci’s family had asked to be reserved for the sentencing were limited to only 23, while 44 seats were reserved for the media, and another 27 for the general public. Laci’s mother, Sharon Rocha, was justifiably quoted as saying, “This is not a show for us. This is not entertainment for us. This is not a status quo for us. This is a huge part of our lives.”
